We use Formidable Forms, a powerful and secure form builder that integrates directly with Stripe for seamless on-site donations. This is included in all packages. We can also integrate with any major third-party platform that provides a button or link, such as Raisely or Givealittle.
How can the website help with specific fundraising campaigns? ▼
Our Impact package is designed for this. We can create dedicated landing pages for your key campaigns (e.g., your Christmas Appeal) with a focused message, a clear call-to-action, and a donation form, helping you increase conversions.
Is it easy for our volunteers to update the site? ▼
Absolutely. Your website is built on WordPress, which is very user-friendly. We provide a handover guide that makes it simple for team members or volunteers to add new blog posts, update event details, or change text and images, with no coding required.
What about our domain name (e.g., mycharity.org.nz)? ▼
Your package doesn't include the cost of purchasing a domain name. If you don't have one, we can purchase it on your behalf at cost (you will own it completely). Management of the domain's DNS records is included free of charge with our monthly Care Plan.
